To view the statistics for a Hotline follow these steps.
- Visit the Hotline dashboard.
- Then select the 'view' link for the Hotline you wish to see the statistics for.
- On the Hotline Actions section select the 'Statistics' tab.
A Hotline collects the below statistics.
- MINUTES (TOTAL): Total number of minutes used by the Hotline.
- MINUTES (THIS MONTH): Total number of minutes used by the Hotline for the current month.
- CALLS (TOTAL): Total number of calls received by the Hotline.
- CALLS (THIS MONTH): Total number of calls received by the Hotline for the current month.
- VOICEMAIL (TOTAL): Total number of voicemails received by the Hotline.
- VOICEMAIL (THIS MONTH): Total number of voicemails received by the Hotline for the current month.
- AVG CALL DURATION (MINS): The average call length for the Hotline.
- ON CALL NOW: The number of people currently calling the Hotline.
- UNHANDLED: The number of unhandled voicemails for the Hotline.
- HANDLED: The number of handled voicemails for the Hotline.
- FLAGGED: The number of flagged voicemails for the Hotline.
- UNFLAGGED: The number of unflagged voicemails for the Hotline.
