Hotline keeps a log of all the past and present messages that have been used for a particular Hotline.
To view the message history for a Hotline follow these steps.
- Visit the Hotline dashboard.
- Then select the 'view' link for the Hotline you wish to see the message history for.
- On the Hotline Actions section select the 'History' tab.
Hotline collects the below information about the history of the Hotline message.
- Message: What the Hotline message was set to.
- Activated: The date and time the Hotline message was activated.
- Deactivated: The date and time the Hotline message was deactivated.
