Within Hotline there is an option to send callers a custom SMS message once the caller has hung up on the Hotline. By default the SMS reply option is disabled.
Here are steps on how to enable the SMS reply option and set a custom SMS reply message.
- Visit the Hotline dashboard.
- Then select the 'view' link for the Hotline you wish to enable SMS reply for.
- On the Hotline's dashboard press the 'disabled' button for SMS REPLY section.
- Switch option from 'disabled' to 'enabled'.
- Enter a SMS reply message (i.e. Thanks for calling the Hotline for more information see https://www.sentinelresilience.com/).
- Press the 'Update' button.
