When a company signs up for a Apple developer account, accepting the Developer Program License Agreement is part of the developer account creating process. Apple are always refining and updating the Developer Program License Agreement.
When Apple release any changes to the agreement developers must accept the latest version of the agreement, if the latest version of the agreement is not accepted Apple will restrict certain resources such as app updates cannot be submitted and invited developer accounts cannot access certain developer resources i.e. creating distribution certificates etc.
Its worth noting only the Account Holder of the developer account can accept the latest Developer Program License Agreement.
Here are steps on how to accept the updated agreement.
- Log into Apple Developer website (https://developer.apple.com/) using theAccount Holder Apple ID of your Apple Developer Account.
- Locate the banner at the top of your screen that states “The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has updated”. Click Review Agreement on the right-hand side of the banner. You will see a popup window with the pending agreement.
- Review the agreement and click I agree.
