If a document is no longer required or has been superseded by a newer version the old document can be unpublished by following the below steps.
- Log into Sentinel system
- Go to Admin > Files
- Click 'Published Documents' tab
- Search for the published document in the document table.
- Press the 'Unpublish' button for the document.
Note: By unpublishing a document, the document will be removed from any groups/users its been assigned to.
