To find out which users/groups a document has been assigned to the quickest and easiest way to do this is to visit the documents manage page.
Here are steps on how to get to the document manage page.
- Go to Admin > Files.
- Click 'Published Documents' tab.
- Press the 'Manage' button for the document you wish to get info for.
- In the top right hand corner of the manage document page will be two tabs 'Groups' and 'Users'.
- Clicking on either tab will display all users or groups that have been assigned the document.
