Here are steps on how to get to the document manage page.
- Log into Sentinel system
- Click on the System tab
- Under the heading Documents click 'Manage DRM Documents'
- Search for the document in the document table.
- Select the Manage button.
This area also allows users to see what Spaces the document is currently assigned to as well as other information relating to the document. From this section you can carry out the following actions.
Add document to a Space
- Click the "+Add space" option
- Assign the document to the desired space from the pop-up menu.
- Once a document has been assigned to a Space it can then be manually added to any groups within that Space.
Remove document from a Space
- For any document you wish to remove from a Space simply press the 'Remove' button for that particular Space.
- This will remove the document from the Space so the document cannot be assigned to any groups within the Space.
- Any groups within the Space that the document has already been assigned to will require the document to be manually removed from the group.
Document Global Status
- To enable or disable Global Status for a document press the 'Toggle Global Status'.
- Global Status assigns the document to all Spaces and allows the document to be manually added to any group within any Space.
