Any Alertlines created will use UK numbers only.
Here are the steps you need to follow to create a Alertline
- Go to 'Communications' > 'Alertline' or press the Alertline icon on the Sentinel homepage.
- Press the '+ Create Alertline' button in the top right hand corner.
- Add a name for the Alertline (limited to 100 characters).
- Press the ‘Create’ button.
- Alertline will be created and you will be taken to the manage area for that Alertline.
Note: Only system admins can create or delete a Alertline. If you are using the multi tenant system the Alertline will be created for you.
