Due to any number of reasons (i.e. an employee may leave the company) a system admin may need to remove a manager from an Alertline as the manager no longer needs to view/manage the Alertline.
Here are steps on how to un-assign a user.
- Go to 'Communications' > 'Alertline' or press the Alertline icon on the Sentinel homepage.
- Press the ‘Manage’ button for the Alertline you wish to un-assign a manager from.
- Then select the tab labelled ‘Managers’ which is located as the bottom of the manage Alertline page.
- Find the manager who wish to un-assign from the Alertline and press the ‘remove’ button.
