You may want to find out which Alertline managers have already been assigned to an Alertline.
Here are steps on how to find out this information.
- Go to 'Communications' > 'Alertline' or press the Alertline icon on the Sentinel homepage.
- Press the ‘Manage’ button for the Alertline you wish to view.
- Then select the tab labelled ‘Managers’ which is located as the bottom of the manage Alertline page.
- The managers table will display all managers currently assigned to the Alertline.
Only a system admin can remove a manager from the Alertline, if you are a system admin see this help article. For users of the multi tenant system please contact Yudu support at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require a manager to be removed from an Alertline.
