After an event has finished you may want to delete all subscribers from the Alertline as the subscribers are no longer needed.
To manually delete all subscribers from the Alertline please follow these steps.
- Go to 'Communications' > 'Alertline' or press the Alertline icon on the Sentinel homepage.
- Press the ‘Manage’ button for the Alertline you wish to delete all subscribers for.
- Then select the button labelled ‘Delete Subscribers’ in the ‘Actions’ section.
- Confirm that you would like to delete all subscribers from the Alertline.
When all subscribers are deleted from an Alertline, subscribers will not receive any new messages unless they resubscribe by scanning the QR code or messaging the Alertline number with the word 'START'.
