Any actions carried out on an Alertline by an Alertline manager are logged within the Activity section.
Activity such as the below is logged:
- Created Alertline message
- Updated purge schedule
- Assigning a manager to Alertline
- Updated SMS confirmation reply
Here are the instructions on how to view an Alertlines activity.
- Go to 'Communications' > 'Alertline' or press the Alertline icon on the Sentinel homepage.
- Press the ‘Manage’ button for the Alertline you wish to view the activity for.
- Then select the tab labelled ‘Activity’ which is located as the bottom of the manage Alertline page.
- From this tab you will be able to see all the activity related to the Alertline.
