A document is a PDF file which has been converted into a published document (see guide how to publish a document) which can be viewed by users via the Sentinel console and Sentinel apps. A system file is any file type (including PDF files) uploaded to the Sentinel console which can then be distributed to users by being attached to a broadcast.
