Contacts can be imported into the system using the CSV import feature.
A template of the .csv file needed to bulk upload contacts can be downloaded here.
Here are the steps that need to be taken to action the above:
- Go to Admin > Import (found on the top navigation bar).
- On the right hand side of the screen click the blue button labelled 'Bulk Import Users/Contacts'.
- You will be taken to the 'Bulk Import Procedure' section.
- Select your .csv file with the intended contacts' information and select the 'Contacts' option.
- You can now upload the file to import the new contacts.
- Once the upload is complete Sentinel will generate a summary report of the upload.
