With the volume of push notifications landing on users devices increasing, it is common for end users to enable the iOS Do Not Disturb feature to block unwanted distractions. By doing this end users could be unintentional blocking important push notifications being sent from the Sentinel app.
For any users that have Do Not Disturb enabled it's important they allow the Sentinel push notifications to appear whilst the device is in Do Not Disturb mode.
Here is how an end user allows the Sentinel app to still display push notifications.
- Go to Settings > Focus.
- Tap Do Not Disturb.
- Select 'Apps' button for Allowed Notifications.
- Press the '+' button.
- Select app and press 'Done'.
Now the end user will still get push notifications from the Sentinel app even when the device is set to do not disturb.
