Hotline is an automated phone line to answer calls, provide information updates, collect and manage inbound voicemails. As a situation develops the information provided by Hotline may need changing.
Here are the steps you need to follow to change the spoken message the Hotline gives.
- Go to 'Communications' > 'Hotline'
- Hotline dashboard is loaded in a new tab.
- Select 'Hotlines' from the left hand column.
- Then select the 'view' link for the Hotline you need to update.
- Select tab 'Update' from the Hotline Actions section.
- Enter the new Hotline message.
- Press 'Update' button.
